Very reasonably priced and have been more than happy with the work, have had a few maintenance teams in the hotel, all of which at some point or another, not provided us with the service and the work that we need. Kirk and his team do their work to whatever suits our requirements within the deadlines that we set them. very well mannered honest and hardworking people.
Got 3 local tradesmen to quote for jobs & chose Kirk @ KA. Made an excellent choice – good time-keeping, professionalism & 1st-class standard of work, plus reasonable costs. Doubled size of shower room & installed new fitments, plus new tiles. Also, upgraded kitchen, built & hung exterior security gate, plus wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. Highly recommended anytime.
We had Kirk over to decorate our home from top to bottom done a cracking job will be getting back again if and when we paint again was prompted and reliable even went that extra mile top bloke and great price. Highly recommended.
